Start at Guangfulin Cultural Relics Site, an important prehistoric archaeological site that uncovers the earliest roots of Shanghai civilisation. Next, visit Huzhu Pagoda, the famous leaning pagoda with a dramatic tilt, one of the most distinctive ancient stone towers in the region. Continue to Zhujiajiao Water Town, a well preserved ancient water village. Wander stone lanes, arched stone bridges and riverside houses, and take a leisurely boat ride to immerse yourself in authentic Jiangnan water town life. In the late afternoon, visit Qushui Garden, an elegant classical Jiangnan garden with winding ponds, pavilions and lush greenery. In the evening, select optional experiences according to your preference: Huangpu River cruise, imperial style banquet or ERA Acrobatic Show.

We will visit Top of Shanghai, the world’s highest observation deck inside Shanghai Tower. The visit can be scheduled in the early morning or late afternoon, subject to weather conditions. Then we drive across the East Sea Bridge and visit Yangshan Deep Water Port, the world’s busiest deep sea harbour. Afterwards, board the Maglev Train, the world’s fastest commercial maglev railway, for an exhilarating high speed ride. For the evening, you may choose the Huangpu River cruise or stroll along Nanjing Road and the Bund, experiencing the glamour of old Shanghai’s cosmopolitan waterfront.
